Clinic to Couch Care™ is available during normal business hours to support client scheduling, care coordination, and service-related needs.
Care attendant services are available outside these hours when scheduled in advance.
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
(Closed weekends and holidays)
As a mobile, community-based service provider, office visits are by appointment only (945)-293-3980.

Clinic to Couch Care™ is a Texas-licensed Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency focused on safety, comfort, dignity, and attentive care. We do not provide emergency medical transportation, skilled nursing services, or emergency medical care.
