COMING SOON — Clinic to Couch Care™ is preparing for a late 2026 service launch.
After an outpatient procedure or treatment, many clinics won't let you leave alone. They require someone, not a taxi or rideshare, to take you home and stay with you while you recover. When family or friends can't be there, we step in.
No favors to call in, no one to feel like you're imposing on. Just reliable, professional help, on your schedule.
Clinic to Couch Care™ provides a professional care attendant who gets you home safely and helps you settle in while you recover, so you're not managing recovery on your own and you don't have to ask anyone to drop everything for you.
We focus on the practical side of recovery: the ride, the escort into your home, and a steady presence until you're ready to be on your own.
We commonly support clients recovering from:
Migraine and other neurological treatments
Colonoscopies and endoscopies
Infusion and specialty treatments
Sedation-based imaging
Other outpatient care that requires short-term supervision after discharge
After many procedures, clinics won’t let you leave with a rideshare. They require a “responsible adult” to take you home and stay with you because medication and anesthesia effects can linger for hours. You might be unsteady, confused, or unable to follow instructions, and a rideshare driver can’t walk you inside, stay to monitor you, or contact your care team if something goes wrong.
We bridge that gap. We meet you at discharge, escort you home, and stay until you’re steady and comfortable. A rideshare can be fine for getting to an appointment - but for the trip home, you'll want a trained companion who can watch for complications and provide hands-on support.
Our services are especially helpful for individuals who:
Live alone or don’t have nearby family support
Can’t drive after their procedure or having certain medications administered
Are on a recurring treatment schedule and are tired of asking for rides
Need short-term assistance following outpatient care
Want extra peace of mind during recovery

Here's why you can trust us during your most vulnerable moments of recovery:
Texas-licensed. We operate as a Personal Assistance Services agency under Texas HHSC oversight. We are held to the highest standards, not just good intentions.
Screened and background-checked. Every care attendant is screened and background-checked before they have any contact with clients.
Trained for recovery. Our attendants are experienced in supporting people through post-procedure recovery and know what to watch for and how to manage the situation.
Private and discreet. We respect your personal information and proudly uphold our HIPAA privacy practice obligation. We treat your care as your business, no one’s but yours.
Booking is simple: tell us your appointment details, we build a care plan around your needs, and we’re there on the day. Most clients book about two business days ahead.
Our pricing is based on how long you need us. Someone on our team will give you the full price up front before anything is booked, so you know what to expect. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
No. Most insurance plans do not cover these services. If your plan is an exception, we’ll do what we can to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Typically, that means we can provide a superbill, which you can use along with your doctor’s letter of explanation and procedure codes to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards; however, each plan has its own rules about what expenses qualify for coverage. Because those rules vary, we recommend checking with your plan administrator if you're unsure whether the service is eligible.
Two business days, though sooner is always better. Booking in advance gives us time to confirm availability, coordinate with your doctor's office on timing, and avoid any additional fees. We can sometimes accommodate shorter-notice requests when our schedule allows, and we'll always be upfront about any additional fees before you commit.
